Packages

For all of our packages you are not limited by the total number of emails you can send per month. So you don't have to worry about email "credits".
You are also not limited to the size or number of email contact lists you have. Most emailing companies either limit the total number of emails you can send per month or the number of contacts you can have on a contact list. You can use optionally our templates to create newsletters, etc.
 
Generally we recommend that you have several email lists eg one list for existing customers, one list for potential customers, and may be a separate list for newsletter and another for personal/other use. You can use an Excel file, text file, or csv file to send lots of emails..
All emails sent appear to come from you - unlike other emailing companies we do not add "powered by" messages at the bottom of emails.
We use our servers to send your emails which means if your email address is no longer working you can still send emails.

Use our servers to send emails Send attachments of any type except exe files (programs). Send text or HTML emails. Can include an attachment. As well as web links, can also include picture WITHIN an email rather than an attachment. Can use our easy to use templates with drop down menus or send your own. Management of unsubcribes. Any 'unsubscribes' are added to a suppression file and automatically excluded from emails sent. This gives you full protection under anti-spam legislation. Have as many contact lists as you want and send as often as you want. Reply management. Any replies to your email are set directly to the address you supplied. As set direct there is no delay of forwarding emails to you. Send test email. See your design or text as an actual email, useful for forwarding to others for approval and comments etc. As well as optionally addressing each email "Hi John", "Hi John", etc can automatically include name in each email subject. So in subject could say "John we have a great car deal" etc Word, jpeg etc to pdf included for free, making it easier to create email friendly attachments For some mobile networks free texting - making it easier to send than typing on a mobile phone to sms. Other useful business tools included of bar chart creator, calendar creator, alarm timer, etc.

 
There is a limit the number of emails you send in one go depending on your selected package, but you can send more emails if you log back on.
 
Summary of differences of packages
What package is best for you will mainly depend on your email requirements:
 
Silver package. Send as many emails as you want as often as you want but after 500 emails will need to log back on.
Gold package. You can also schedule emails to be sent on a particular day, or date in the month and to be automatically be sent say every Wednesday or say 12th of the month.
Platinum package. You can also select emails to be sent depending on location, gender etc.
